The Jobrynt name, logo, design, and content (excluding user-generated and third-party content) are owned by Jobrynt Inc. You may not copy, modify, or use our trademarks or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobrynt and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
